Evangelization Week and Prize Presentation

This year’s Evangelization Week was held from March 27 to March 30 with the theme “Be Merciful”.

Various religious displays including students’ work were put up around the campus. Iconography created by Ms. Cindy Ng, was also displayed in the foyer. The week was filled with activities which was kicked off during the morning assembly and continued throughout the day. Students from F. 1 to F. 3 visited all the displays, religious artifacts and participated in a treasure hunt during their Religious Studies lessons.

On March 27, a seminar with the theme ‘Be Thankful’ was organized for F. 3 and F. 4 students. Fr. Martin Ip gave them a meaningful life lesson on being thankful in our daily life.

We were particularly pleased that students from, Tak Sun School, Tai Kwok Tsui Catholic Primary School (Tai Kwok Tsui Road Campus) and St Francis of Assisi’s English Primary School also participated in our Evangelization Week activities.

We look forward to welcoming them all again next year.

A closing mass was held on the final day of the week to give praise and thanks to God for all His blessings.

Finally on April 28, those students who had participated seriously and actively were recognized and rewarded in a prize presentation ceremony during the morning assembly. With that, the Evangelization week was concluded with a resounding success.

The Amazing Finale of Greenovation - JA Company of the Year 1st Runner-up (School-Based Track)

The JACP Final Competition took place on April 22 at the Jockey Club Auditorium, Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

Greenovation, a JA company operated by our students, were awarded as the 1st Runner-up of JA Company of the Year Award in the School-Based Track. Notwithstanding that the students couldn't create history, it's already a great achievement and most importantly, they all gained much experiences and learned a lot.

Meanwhile, Greenovation also won the following awards:
1. Creativity and Innovation Award
2. Best Presentation Award
3. Corporate Sustainability Award

Besides, CEO Justin Chan (5A) and Technology Director Ken Ho (5D) respectively entered the final of CEO of the Year and Technology Director of the Year. Despite not successfully winning the award yesterday, they agreed that they both got much in return.

Last but not least, students would like to express their heartfelt gratitude to their Business Advisors, who are also our alumni, Mr. Paul HO and Mr. Francis Chan, their link teachers Mr. Kelvin Chan and Mr. Wilson Lee and all supporters from our School. Without their help and support along this journey, they would definitely not have achieved that far.

The students from the Greenovation hope that their company mission can be spread to more and more people in the future — Change Your Lifestyle, Change the World!
