From 27 March to 3 April 2024, 25 of our Form 4 and Form 5 boys embarked on an unforgettable adventure to Beijing and Inner Mongolia, exploring the rich cultural heritage and breathtaking landscapes of mainland China.
This immersive study tour was carefully designed to deepen their understanding and appreciation of China's beauty, culture, and history. Our students engaged in a diverse range of activities, including:
- Mongolian cultural experiences, such as a vibrant bonfire party
- Visits to renowned Chinese enterprises, like Yili Dairy, to learn about innovation and entrepreneurship
- Explorations of iconic cultural and historical sites, including Tiananmen Square, the majestic Great Wall at Badaling, Xiangshawan, and the serene Dazhao Temple
Through this enriching experience, we hope our students gained a deeper understanding of China's social development, cultural diversity, and national identity. This tour not only broadened their horizons but also ignited a sense of pride and connection to their heritage.
