F.1 Admission Information Day 2017-2018

On the 18th November 2017, we successfully held our F.1 Admission Information Day 2017-2018. More than a hundred students and parents helped out in putting this important annual event together. The programs included a seminar introducing our school and a campus tour led by students. In total, we have more than 1,500 attendants, including parents and F.1 candidates, joining the three sessions of our Information Day. In the end of each session, we had a new arrangement to sing the school anthem to the crowd gathered in the playground. It was a great moment to showcase our unity and Xaverian spirit, which no doubt, impressed our guests very much.

Old Boy’s Sharing for F.6 Students

On 14th November 2017, we invited our old boy, Dr. Tang Kon Yiu, to share his experience with our F.6 boys. He told us his incredible story of resilience and survival in his darkest hour as a student. His immense positivity has surely inspired our F.6 boys and many others touched by his life. We look forward to hear more from him in the future.

F.4 Parents Gathering 2017-18

The F.4 Parents Gathering for 2017-2018 was held recently on the 11th of November. 113 parents from 94 families attended a seminar introducing senior secondary curriculum and graduate pathways. Our School-based Social Worker Ms. Lui, gave a talk on the topic of knowing our kids. After the seminar, parents had the opportunity to meet and exchange ideas with all the S.4 Form Teachers. We would like to thank our parents for their constructive input on our school development and their effort in nurturing our students.

Professional Exchange with King Ling College

Teachers of our English Panel had a professional exchange with the English teachers from King Ling College on 10th November. We had a few English lessons opened for observation to English teachers of our exchange school followed by a sharing session. It was surely a fruitful event that informed the teaching practices of both school. We are looking forward to more professional interflow events like this.
