The MacLehose Trail Challenge, a 70-km journey, is one of our 70th anniversary celebratory events, aimed at strengthening brotherhood and resilience among our Xaverian members.
To kick things off, nine Forms 1 to 5 students and three teachers, accompanied by professional trainers, demonstrated remarkable perseverance as they hiked from morning until night on February 15, covering over 20 km in a journey that lasted 9 hours. Despite the tough and tiring trail, what made us most proud was witnessing our boys support one another every step of the way—whether by sharing water, offering words of encouragement, or simply walking together. Brotherhood was truly in action.
This 20-km trek is just the beginning—we still have three more sections of the trail to complete. We eagerly look forward to taking on new challenges together, growing stronger as a team. More importantly, we hope this journey inspires our fellow Xaverians to believe that with peer support, nothing is impossible.
