Student Union

The Student Union serves as a vital conduit between the student body and the school, embodying the spirit of collaboration and community among students. Founded in 2001, the Student Union has organised a wide range of internal and external activities, which aims to enhance Xaverians’ sense of belonging, cultivate their personal attributes and uphold the Xaverian spirit.

The Student Union is led by an Executive Committee, which oversees the various initiatives and activities of the Union. This committee is comprised of elected representatives and chosen members from the Monitor Association who are dedicated to advocating for the interests of all students. The Student Union encourages student participation in governance through an annual election process, where students can vote for their leaders and shape the direction of the Union.

In this academic year, under the guidance of Teacher Advisors, the Student Union is chaired by the Chairman, Li Yiu Ching and assisted by the Internal Vice-Chairman, Sung Chi Shing and External Vice-Chairman, Tsang Chun Lam. They collaborate with sub-committees that focus on specific areas such as events planning and student welfare. This collaborative framework ensures that the voices of all students are heard and that their needs are met.
