It is sure to be an exciting year for all the Ambassadors and those served by them.

SU 2018-2019 Election Day

The election of the Student Union for the academic year 2018-2019 was held on 12th September 2018. “Harmony”, the only proposed SU cabinet this year, was put to a test of confidence by a democratic election. Our principal Mr. Iu Kwong Chi casted the first vote in this election during the morning assembly. The majority of the staff and students also voted throughout the day.

In the end, the total number of valid votes counted was 737, which accounted for 93% of the regular members of our school community (students and staff included). Out of the 737 valid votes, 499 (67.7%) voted for “confidence”, and 132 (17.9%) voted for “no confidence” in our only proposed SU cabinet. Hence, “Harmony” was successfully elected. Their Chairman, Yam Kai Yui of F.5D delivered his Victory Speech during the afternoon assembly to thank the supporters of Harmony and promised that he and his team would try their very best to serve the students and the school. Let’s congratulate them and show them our greatest support by joining their coming activities in 2018-2019!
