On 28th October, 98 parents attended the F.4 Parents’ Gathering. The function began with a welcome speech by our Principal, Mr. Leung, followed by the sharing of senior secondary curriculum & concerns about the HKDSE by our vice Principal Mr. Ching. Our Life Planning and Career Guidance Committee Mistress, Miss Chan, then introduced the multiple pathways of post-secondary education. Our school discipline mistress Ms. Pak also gave some reminders about students’ behavior. Lastly, our school Social Worker, Mr. Shek, shared some insightful ways for parents to show their care and support to their sons when stepping into the senior secondary stage. After the main session, the parents met and exchanged ideas with the form teachers. 

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the F.4 parents whose care and love are invaluable to their children. Their active involvement in this gatherings significantly contributes to the holistic development and success of our students.

The F.6 Parents’ Gathering for 2023-2024 was held at our school hall on 7th October with 89 parents attending the function. Our Principal, Mr. Leung, first gave a welcoming speech to the parents. The seminar then continued with a briefing session about JUPAS application and tactics.  Afterward, our school social worker, Ms. Wong, shared the thoughts and feelings of F.6 students and gave advice to parents on how to help their sons cope with HKDSE.

After the seminar, the parents had the opportunity to meet and exchange ideas with the F.6 Form Teachers.

We would like to thank our F.6 parents, whose active participation made the gathering a meaningful and fruitful event.

The F.1 Parents’ Gathering for 2023-2024 was held at our school hall on 23^rd September with 121 parents attending the event. The Parents’ Gathering began with the welcoming speech given by the school principal, Mr. Mario Leung. F.1 parents are warmly welcomed to join our SFX family. The seminar then continued with the introduction of our academic structure and national security education, discipline policies and counseling policies.  

After that, our school social workers, Mr. Shek Chun Shing and Ms. Wong Yuen Wah led the parents to do some mindfulness activities to raise awareness of their wellness in order to accompany their sons with ease. Parents were also advised on how to help their sons cope with life in secondary school and were warmly reminded not to forget to take care of themselves physically and mentally.

At the end, each parent received a gift bag with candies, chocolate, a tea bag and a thought for the soul card.

After the seminar, the parents met and exchanged ideas with the F.1 Form Teachers.
