Twelve of our students took part in the Guangzhou-Hong Kong-Macau Interschool Football Competition in Guangzhou from 21 to 23 July. It is not only a Football Tournament, but also a journey to let our students know about the economy and lives in China.

We are glad that our students have achieved the third runner up in this competition. Most importantly, by participating in the event, our students had an opportunity to make new friends and learn football skills with the teenagers in China.

F.6 graduates gathered at the school on the eve of DSE release day (13^th July 2014) to enjoy an evening in a loving and supportive atmosphere.

The gathering started at the school hall with a prayer meeting in which teachers and students took turns to pray for all the graduates who would soon receive their DSE results after three years of hard work.

Following were two games offering chances to the graduates to show appreciation and support to each other.

The climax of the gathering came when the graduates enjoyed the barbecue, chatting, laughing or seriously discussing their future plans with schoolmates and teachers.

The F.1 Orientation Day was held on 12^th July 2014 to provide important information for the F.1 students of the coming academic year. All the students and their parents listened attentively. The Q-and-A session also allowed the participants to raise questions with regard to different issues. We welcome all the Xaverians-to-be and wish them a fruitful and enjoyable year ahead at SFXC!
