After years of COVID restrictions, our school’s overseas tours have finally resumed. As a start, 30 of our boys, ranging from Forms 1 to 5, went on a history and culture study tour to Malaysia, accompanied by our teachers Mr. Honly Chan and Mr. David Hui.
Not only did our boys have a chance to experience the diversified cultures in Malacca and Kula Lumpur first-hand, but they also visited many famous and significant landmarks, some with strong connections to our Patron Saint, St. Francis Xavier.
The highlight of the tour was definitely the exchange visit to Catholic High School, Petaling Jaya (CHSPJ) which is also a Marist school. During the half-day exchange event, students in both schools enjoyed quality time by engaging in group activities, making friends, exchanging gifts, and having meals together.
We wish to take this opportunity to thank CHSPJ for their hospitality. We hope that our boys have found this tour a meaningful and rewarding one.
