The senior Inter-house Activity Day was held on 27 October 2021. During the event, the representatives of the four houses competed in the following events: basketball shooting competition, football penalty kick competition, dodgeball competition, fencing competition, badminton competition, table tennis competition, dart and Chinese chess. The event was concluded successfully with all the winners bringing glory to their houses.
With the limitation of school activities, the English Ambassadors designed a school activity for all students from Form 1 to Form 4 to join. The Spooky Blast competition was launched on 25th October with three categories, namely Comic Strip Drawings, Acrostic Poem Writing and Creative Story Writing. 21 lucky entries were picked by the selection committee. Students received wonderful prizes and were congratulated for their participation. Their work is now being displayed on the school campus.
We look forward to the next whole-school competition.
The committee members of all four houses for academic year 2021-2022 were inaugurated on 22 October 2021. During the ceremony, all the house committee members received their badges from our principal Mr. Leung and after they put on the badges, they were officially inaugurated. The ceremony was concluded by the passing on of the house flags to the new committee members to be shown in front of all students.
Congratulations, all house committee members! May you lead your house members by example and bring glory to your houses and to your school.
The F.6 Parents’ Gathering was held on 16th October 2021. The parents attended a seminar introducing the JUPAS scheme, the selection of programme choices and other learning experience. Our School-based Social Worker, Ms. Lui, shared how parents might accompany their sons on the stressful journey of DSE. The online gathering was drawn to a close with a session during which the parents had an opportunity to meet with the form teachers. Most of the parents found the event informative and helpful.
