Life Planning Dream Catchers Program – Alumni of 1997 Inspire Future Pathways

We are delighted to share the inspiring experiences from the Dream Catchers Program, organized by our alumni from the graduating class of 1997. This initiative connects students with valuable learning opportunities, broadening their horizons and preparing them for future academic and career paths.

On 5 March 2026, 50 students including the Mathematics Club visited the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, led by Mr. Jason Fung and Mr. Kenny Fong. Students explored Applied Mathematics and Finance Analytics through mini lectures, interactive investment games, and campus tours. Alumni shared their professional insights, showing how mathematics links with finance, technology, and AI. Many students reflected that the program reshaped their perception of mathematics and finance.

On 12 March 2026, Mr. Daniel Ching invited 20 students to visit Fase Technology, a company under the Cyberport Incubation Programme. Students learned about innovative automation and AI solutions, including automated warehouse management and automation for traditional Chinese medicine decoction, gaining a glimpse into how technology is transforming industries.

The Dream Catchers Program continues to be a meaningful platform for students to explore academic interests, discover career pathways, and connect with alumni mentors. These visits enriched students’ knowledge and inspired them to pursue their passions with clarity and confidence.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to the Class of 1997 alumni for their dedication and support in nurturing the next generation of learners and leaders.
