The Civic Education Team aims at promoting civic education through information from our board and national educational quizzes. Our members usually meet twice a week to discuss the internal affairs of the club and the activities we are going to hold, for example, a visit to the Legislative Council.

The Big Brother Scheme aims to help new comers to SFXC adapt to our big family! All our members are senior schoolmates. We promote brotherhood and family spirit through interactive functions. We help organise the Halloween Party and the Christmas Overnight Party. We also have tutorial classes before examinations and regular gatherings on normal school days.

Our club aims at enriching students’ knowledge about their studies after SFXC, giving support and guidance as well as offering a personalised coaching service to students in difficulty. We organise several activities for students, including the Careers General Knowledge Quiz, the Enneagram Basic Workshop, the Careers Talk and a Visit to the HKAPA.

Being a secondary student, you may think that further studies and careers are not related to you. Yet, as the proverb goes, “the early bird catches the worms”. The requisite to success is preparing earlier. Prepare for your future by actively taking part in our activities!

The Library Service Team has been established for over a decade. Our goal is to provide services for students using the library and keeping the library clean and tidy. We provide services like helping students borrow and return books and book binding.

The service team consists of over 40 members and has at least eight librarians working every day, aiming to maintain a conducive reading environment. We hold different activities to promote reading habits. There is a book sharing session every Thursday in the morning assembly and book hunts in April.

The ultimate aim of the Xaverian is to give students a deeper insight into their school. When there is something special happening on campus, the Xaverian will definitely be the first point of contact for students for the facts.

We believe that school life is a vital element for a student. Thus, various kinds of articles can be found in the Xaverian including teachers’ daily lives, subject-choosing tips for F.3 students and passages about large events held in school.
